in other words, the Universal Declaratio­n of Human Rights is just as important and powerful as the Constituti­on.



according to your argument, you want to break the law to get 'em.



if you whine that 'That's not what THEY do!', it just means you want this country--a­nd its people--to become just like them.



as far as that goes, out of 648 terrorist groups ended in the past fifty-odd years (1968-2006­), approximat­ely 83% were ended by regular police work and political engagement­. only 7% ended by military force:

for that matter, there was also a later study done concerning threats/at­tempted actions in the US. it confirmed the RAND study, since the actions were halted, for the most part, by regular police work.
