House Blocks U.S. Trial Of Guantanamo Detainees

remember, BushCo tried 1000 suspects in eight years of military tribunals and only got 3 conviction­s.



if anyone was to get off in civilian courts, it'd be because the suspects were tortured.



but, as the record of the last administra­tion shows, even military tribunals have lines they won't cross.



this is based on simple guilt and fear. . .nothing more.
